To those who thought Brat Summer would end as the seasons changed, get ready to usher in Brat Autumn (Bratumn?).
On Thursday, singer Charli XCX announced via social media that she will release a new version of her hit album Brat. The remix album, Brat and It’s Completely Different But Also Still Brat drops on October 11 and will have 16 tracks, five of which are previously released remixes. The two-disc release will also feature the 18-track deluxe version of Brat, titled Brat and It's the Same but There's Three More Songs So It's Not, which Charli released only three days after the original album.

Since the album’s release, Charli has dropped a number of remixes of some of the LP’s most popular songs and featuring a veritable who’s-who of alt-pop girlies. So far, the remixes include a new version of the album’s lead single “360” with Robyn and Yung Lean. On the much-buzzed remix of “girl so confusing” featuring Lorde, who was the subject of the original song, the two pop icons worked it out on the remix.
So far, the Brat remixes have also been exceedingly queer. After collabing with Robyn and Lorde, Charli worked with Oscar-winning singer Billie Eilish for a remix of the underwear-focused song “Guess,” which was accompanied by an extremely horny video. And, ahead of their 2024 Sweat tour, which is set to begin on Saturday in Detroit, Charli and Troye Sivan released a remix to her track “Talk Talk.”
