After a new set of complaints were filed in federal court on Monday, Sean “Diddy” Combs is now facing at least 18 lawsuits alleging sexual assault and rape, with over 100 alleged victims of the music industry giant stepping forward with accusations.

Six new complaints from four men and two women filed October 14 in the Southern District of New York detail incidents that allegedly took place between 1995 and 2021, according to court documents obtained by NBC News. None of the plaintiffs are named in the filings.

The latest accusations include accounts from two men who claim Combs raped them during one of his notorious “White Parties.” One of those men, who was 16 years old at the time of the alleged 1998 incident, said Combs told him that the assault was a “rite of passage” if he wanted to make it in the music industry. The other White Party-related complaint comes from a man who was working security at a 2006 event and accused Combs of serving him spiked drinks before pulling him into a van and sexually assaulting him.

Another man, who worked for a rival clothing brand to Diddy’s, alleges that in 2008 when he was in the stockroom of Macy’s flagship store, Combs forced him to perform oral sex while three bodyguards watched. The man says he lost his job soon after the incident and alleges that Macy’s executives facilitated the firing in order to cover up the alleged assault.

The fourth male accuser alleges that in 2021 he felt disoriented after consuming a drink at a party and, later in the night, a group of men, including Combs, raped him.

The charges are just the latest in the string of sex assault, harassment, and sex trafficking allegations that Combs is facing in federal court. The music mogul is currently being held without bail in jail as he awaits a trial set to begin in May 2025. Andrew Van Arsdale and Tony Buzbee, two of the attorneys in the group of lawyers representing Combs’ alleged victims, say they will be filing over 100 lawsuits against the musician in the coming months.
